Hi there! My name is Sarah Sheerajin and I am an aspiring furniture designer with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces for the home. As an Industrial Design student at DAAP, I have honed my skills in sketching, designing, and making. My goal as a designer is to bring warmth and character to spaces through the use of unique materials, thoughtful details, and an eye for balance and proportion; I strive to create pieces that are both functional and beautiful. Additionally, I've realized that I love to make- the satisfaction of constructing a piece with excellent craft and execution drives my design process; I hope to master my skill in furniture-making and expand my knowledge in woodworking, furniture design, and materiality. Apart from design, I like to rock climb, specifically bouldering, along with working out at the gym.
